Faith Resolute is a trading name of Faith Resolute Publishing LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, with its registered office in Sheridan. This page describes what happens to your information when you use faithresolute.com.
We do not advertise to you, we do not profile you, and we have never sold anyone's details. This site carries no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. It sets no cookies of its own, and the typefaces are served from our own server rather than someone else's, so simply reading a page here tells nobody anything about you.
Two pages are different, because they have to be: the contact form and the newsletter sign-up both hand your details to a company that processes them for us. Those are set out below.
The form is Microsoft Forms, shown inside a frame on our contact page. It collects what you type into it — the kind of enquiry, your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, and your message — together with the time you sent it.
Your message is emailed to whichever of our mailboxes handles that kind of enquiry, and a copy stays in a response sheet only we can open. We keep both for 24 months and then delete them. If a message turns into a contract — a book we publish, rights we license — the records of that agreement are kept separately and for longer, because we have to.
Microsoft operates the form and stores the responses for us. Because the form is theirs, opening our contact page loads content from Microsoft, and they may set cookies of their own in that frame. We do not control those and they are covered by Microsoft's privacy statement, not this one.
We ask for one thing, your email address, and we send you one thing: an email when we publish a book. Nothing else. You have to confirm by clicking a link in an email before we send you anything, so nobody can sign you up but you.
The list is run by Kit, who store your address and send the emails on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and we do not ask why.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host they log requests — including the IP address the request came from — to serve pages and to stop attacks. We do not use those logs to build a picture of who you are.
Where a book page links to a bookseller, following that link takes you to a company we do not control, and what they do with your visit is governed by their own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not pass them to anyone for advertising. The only companies that see them are the ones named above, doing the specific job described.
This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Write to privacy@faithresolute.com. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We aim to answer within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
If we change how any of this works, we change this page and move the date below. This version is effective 19 August 2026.
